Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Resilience Radio is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], contactable at [EMAIL]. "We", "us" and "our" mean that entity; "you" means the member.

2. What a membership is

A membership is a recurring licence to access member material for as long as it is paid. It is not a purchase of the material itself, and it does not transfer any ownership or resale rights.

3. Billing

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; a price change applies from your next renewal, and you will be told before it takes effect.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [EMAIL]. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share your login, or republish member material elsewhere.
• Do not scrape, resell or bulk-download the archive.
• Forum conduct: no harassment, no doxxing, no illegal content.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious we may end the membership without refund.

6. What we promise, and what we do not

We aim to publish on schedule, but the show is editorial: episodes may be delayed, changed or dropped. Nothing here is a promise of a specific number of episodes, and nothing here is legal, medical or financial advice.

7. Content about real people

Some material concerns real cases and real people, drawn from public records. We report what the record says and cite the source. If you believe something is wrong, write to [EMAIL] and it will be checked against the source document.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to members before they take effect.
