Try before you pay

The show is free on YouTube and the public archive is free to read, so you can judge the work before subscribing.

Within 14 days of a first payment

If you are not satisfied with a first payment, email [EMAIL] within 14 days and it will be refunded in full, no reason needed.

After that

Renewals are not normally refunded once the period has begun, because access has already been granted. If a renewal was a mistake — for example you meant to cancel — write to us: where the request is made promptly and the member material was not used, we will usually refund that renewal.

If we get it wrong

If the service is unavailable for a long period, or you were charged in error, you get a refund for the affected period regardless of the rules above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. They usually appear within five to ten business days.

Chargebacks

Please email first. A chargeback opened without contacting us costs the show the disputed amount plus a fee and takes weeks to resolve; almost every case is settled faster by writing to [EMAIL].
